The EuroChampsChallenge was a unique charity challenge which set out to achieve something no-one has ever done before.
Covering 6,989 miles, visiting the 21 football clubs that have won The European Cup and travelling through 15 countries in only 14 days.
Along the way we met 27 Medallion Men - at least 1 from every club that's ever won the trophy.
Why did we do it? Inspired by a remarkable seven-year-old boy the team aimed to raise money for two very deserving charities.
